Depends on what part of California it was shipped from. UPS has become the worse package shipping company in the US. Back during the horrible gas crisis UPS implemented a cost saving program to help save fuel. It was suppose to be temporary only during the gas price crisis. They increased prices to help absorb the fuel costs. They changed the maximum four day ground delivery coast to coast to seven and eight days. Packages sit for days waiting for a full load to move. They liked the savings and even though gas prices dropped they continue to use the extra days delivery to pocket the extra profits. Next time request Fed Ex or USPS Priority shipping.
