When I went to New York I bought my tickets in times square from a ‘tckts’ booth on the day of the show. Is there anything like this in Las Vegas? What I am wanting to know really is whether I should book the show tickets before I go or wait until I am there.

Of course, I’m not talking about making a deposit for one night to hold the room. I’m talking about the other deposit they want when checking in. For example, Orleans demands a $100 a night deposit from the credit card. I’m looking for something off the strip and cheap.

I’m not sure, but I heard some of my co-workers talking about cheap last minute trips to Las Vegas. Is this true? If so, what are the best ways I can find some good airfares, and more importantly how would I know I’m getting a good deal if I’m coming from Dallas?

Visiting Vegas from dec 1 through dec 7. Would like to catch some shows but the prices are extremely high. Would you happen to know if there is a place, website or even last moment great prices for the shows and would you recommend any shows to watch.
