All οf ουr Raffle Drums аrе elegantly designed іn bеаυtіfυl brass plated steel. Thе loading door іѕ centered οn thе drum аnd secured wіth a rugged latch. Thеѕе drums аrе balanced fοr a smooth constant action ensuring a random mixing.
I received the drum just fine, came within the time specified by the vendor. Once out of the box, looked good at first and then with even just one turn of the handle the screw that held the handle in place fell out. No amount of tightening with a driver kept in in place. I didn’t really bother with contacting the vendor to return it since someone I know who has a similar drum said she had the same issue (seems to be a fault of design) and since I needed it for a specific event that was coming up quickly I didn’t think it was worth taking the chance of getting a replacement on time. The morning of the aforementioned event came and during a trial run the handle just flat out broke off. Screw or no screw, the handle simply snapped off right in the hole where it connected to the drum. Am I going to return it? Not sure it is worth the time and trouble of finding a box to fit it. Would I recommend it? Not unless absolutely necessary. I would recommend if you do purchase this to get it well enough in advance so that you can return it if it proves faulty.
