If you sign up with them and get their little gambling card, they’ll e-mail you deals. Also check through Yahoo travel. They sometimes have last minute deals. Priceline or Hotels.com are also competitive.
You could call the hotel directly or try http://www.expedia.com , http://www.travelocity.com , http://www.cheaptickets.com or http://www.hotels.com. Make sure you compare all of these sites’ prices before you decide to purchase.
I’ve used hotels.com and didn’t have any problems, plus I found the best deal that was out there at the time.
Have a great time in Vegas!
Expedia are ok, also try direct with the hotel
This is an awesome site.

You get to pick and choose what you want, what you don’t and it automatically finds the cheapest hotel for you.
Here’s another site that has 9 3 star hotels for $69 or less.

Hi….I would go directly to the hotel websites. I have found them to be cheaper than the broker sites like orbitz. I just saw on another answers questions that everyone is raving about the Orleans. I am going at the end of the month and if I was renting a car, I would definitely change my res to there. It looks to be a nice place and I don’t think people would recommend it hands down like they did if it wasn’t nice. They have a rate calender on their homepage so you can quick check rates for your dates. http://www.orleanscasino.com
If you haven’t already, follow the advice of the other poster and sign up for their club online. Vegas hotels sometimes send fairly impressive deals to you through the mail once they have your address. Since you’re now short on time, though, the best bet is to do your research by checking the online sites already mentioned to find the best deal being offered, then call the hotel directly (not the central 1(800) number, the direct number) and see if they’ll beat it. Remember to be exceedingly pleasant (but not sticky sweet) when you call. Keep in mind that room rates in Vegas double on weekends and some hotels will not accept a Saturday check-in.
If you’re not looking for luxury, and especially if you’re renting a car to get around, the rooms downtown are generally cheaper, and don’t go up quite as much on weekends.
I can vouch for The Orleans. For the relatively low price, it’s a good deal – large rooms, great amenities, and security at the elevators to make sure there’s no riff-raff wandering around near your room. The shuttle to Barbary Coast isn’t as much of a hassle as some whiners on the Net have implied.
