Best site I found was http://www.sidestep.com. They will check all the other sites for the best deals. You might consider pricing it as a package and then air and hotel seperately … you might be surprised that it is usually cheaper booking seperately.
You should try and take advantage of the promotions that the hotels themselves. Then look for the airfare a few times a day till you find a price you like.
